Oil Pulling (Morning Ritual)
Use on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
Take 1 tablespoon and swish for 5–10 minutes (avoid swallowing).
Do not rush—gentle swishing works best.
Spit out in a bin (not sink) to avoid clogging.
Rinse with warm water before brushing.

Tooth Powder
Use twice daily after oil pulling (morning) and before bed.
Take a small pinch—a little goes a long way.
Brush gently using a soft toothbrush.
Do not expect foam—natural cleansing works differently.
Avoid adding water directly into the container.
Bamboo Toothbrush
Use gentle pressure—let the bristles do the work.
Replace every 2–3 months or when bristles fray.
Keep dry between uses to maintain hygiene.
