1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if the location is non-serviceable.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional offers.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and ensuring availability at delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- Failure to accept delivery may result in cancellation without refund of shipping charges.

- Government restrictions
- Logistics disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
8. Risk & Ownership
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
