Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Mandatory Proof
- Unboxing video and clear images are required
- Order ID and invoice must be provided
3. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging and seals intact
- No physical damage caused by the customer
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Personal care, supplements, or hygiene items (unless defective)
- Discounted or promotional items
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be offered where applicable
- If unavailable, a full refund will be issued
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
8. Reverse Pickup
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
