Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Mandatory Proof

  • Unboxing video and clear images are required
  • Order ID and invoice must be provided

3. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging and seals intact
  • No physical damage caused by the customer

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care, supplements, or hygiene items (unless defective)
  • Discounted or promotional items

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be offered where applicable
  • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

8. Reverse Pickup

  • If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
